As soon as you've filled out the form, we'll send you an invoice and your card. In December of each year, you'll receive your new card and the invoice for the following year.

Joining midway through the year? In that case, you’ll automatically pay only the premium through the end of the year (reduced amount).
This reduced billing applies only in the year you join. After that, the standard annual billing applies.
